Our Studio

Studio Eight Yoga has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in a light, calming environment. You feel as though Studio Eight Yoga is a home away from home. This is the place to start your day, get energized during the lunch hour, or unwind after work.

With large windows, sunlit wood laminate floors, and subtle colors, the studio has a calming, clean energy. The whole studio feels uncluttered, light, and full of possibility.

Drink chai tea and socialize in the comfortable sitting area. Look through the books, videos, and merchandise. There are posters of inspiring yoga postures on the walls of the entryway.

Clean and spacious bathroom facilities are steps away, so you may change clothes before or after class.

LOCATION: Studio Eight Yoga is located in the central arts district of Reno near downtown and UNR. The address is 190 California Avenue, and we are on the second floor above Blue Moon Pizza.

PARKING: Ample parking is available in the lot just outside our door, with street parking also available.
